Borderless Curation ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using borderlesscuration.com or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the practices described below.
We only collect the information you voluntarily provide to us:
Newsletter subscription: your email address, the date you subscribed, and the source of the subscription.
Contact form: your name, email address, the content of your message, and — if you reached us via an artwork page — the artwork you were viewing when you wrote to us.
We do not collect financial data, identity documents, or any sensitive personal information. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools on this site.
We use your email address solely to send you the occasional newsletter about our artists, exhibitions, and new works. We will never send more than we promised, and we will never send on behalf of third parties.
We use the information submitted through the contact form only to respond to your enquiry. If you asked about a specific artwork, we use that context to reply more helpfully.
Subscriber emails are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Borderless Curation. Contact form messages arrive as standard emails in our inbox (hello@borderlesscuration.com). All transmission happens over encrypted HTTPS connections through Google's servers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. The only third parties involved in processing your data are the infrastructure providers we rely on to operate this site: Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script) and Webflow (site hosting). These services process data on our behalf and under their own terms.
You have the right, at any time, to:
— Unsubscribe from the newsletter. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes your address from our list permanently.
— Access the personal information we hold about you. Simply email us and we will provide it.
— Request deletion of your data. If you'd like us to delete any record we hold of you, just let us know.
— Correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will remove it.
If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. For anything significant, we'll also notify newsletter subscribers directly.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, please write to us at hello@borderlesscuration.com.
